How will my hotel room and my apartment and studio be cleaned?

Hotel rooms are usually cleaned every day - with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.
We only clean apartments & studios once a week. If you wish to be cleaned more often, this is possible, but we have to charge for additional cleaning.


Can I store luggage upon departure?

You can of course store your luggage until you leave. If you want to store your luggage with us, we will of course try to make this possible. However, please note that due to limited storage capacity, we may not be able to offer longer luggage storage in individual cases.


Can I smoke in the rooms / studios & apartments?

NO - We are a non-smoking hotel & boarding house. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. If you want to smoke, this is only permitted in front of the entrance door or in the garden area. In the event of an infringement, we unfortunately have to charge a basic cleaning fee from € 150.00.


Can I rent a parking space?

We do NOT have our own parking spaces. Ample parking is available in the vicinity. Unfortunately, no parking space can be reserved.


Can I bring a pet?

No – pets/dogs are not allowed.


Can I safely store my bike?

We have a small garden area which is locked at night. You are welcome to park your bike there. However, this area is only accessible during reception hours.


What happens if you arrive outside reception hours?

As long as your booking has been guaranteed and we have a credit card or cost absorption or payment already received, you can arrive at any time. We deposit your key in our key box, which is available 24 hours a day, in front of the entrance area. You will receive corresponding information about the use and access code by email before your arrival.


Is there a washing machine where I can do laundry?

We are happy to wash your laundry - we charge € 10.00 per pre-sorted washing machine load. After the laundry has been sorted and handed in at reception - we wash and dry it - after 1-2 days you will receive it back dry and folded. We do not offer an ironing service, but we are happy to lend you an iron and ironing board.


What is temporary living in a serviced apartment/studio?

A serviced apartment/studio offers the comfort of an apartment and the service of a hotel. The apartments and studios at the Art Inn Hotel have a kitchenette and large bed. At the same time, we also offer you the service of a hotel, such as weekly cleaning and free WiFi.


Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, you do not have to pay a deposit upon arrival. However, we note your credit cards or payment details as part of your booking as a guarantee. Any additional costs incurred will be debited from the deposited means of payment after consultation with you.


How long are the minimum rental period and the maximum rental period?

A minimum rental period of 7 days applies to apartments – a minimum rental period of 4 days applies to our studios.

The maximum rental period for the Apartments & Studios is 6 months.


When do I pay for my hotel room, apartment or studio?

Basically, you always pay at the latest on the day of check-in. When booking, your credit card will only be used as a guarantee. If you stay longer than one month, you only pay the rate for the first month upon check-in. You will be billed for the next installments on a monthly basis. We will automatically debit the rate from your stored payment method.


Can I cancel my hotel room, apartment & studio?

Apartments / studios and hotel rooms can be canceled within the agreed cancellation conditions.
